Actually assembling molecules just completely blows my mind

HI,can anyone explain me that situation.I want to study this field but is it important to know physic and chemistry deeply?

Money is going to be the first thing to GO when this type of technology is created. That’s what will change the world!

lol i didnt remember i writen a comment here XD.. yeah but we cant creates atoms so just manipulating them

Baby, you do realize that with such a machine money would be irrelevant. A scoop of dirt could make your clothes, food or any material you need.

Amazing! Although I bet corporations will first make sure they can profit of this technology before they allow it to happen, just like with so many other scientific advances!

Hatred and bigotry? Priceless. Human emotions are much more complex then simple need for material goods.

why would the capacity be limited it could be a container somewhere on the machine
compearable to the fuel tank of a car if u wanted u could install a bigger tank to your car as u could do with this machine. regarding the sizes of the products there would be limits
for example you could not build a car with a desktop sized nanofactory.

OK that would make sense…..but then the machine would have to have some kind of mass capacity, and only be able to make things of a mass no greater than what was put in….or there about.

Allso i guess it would be possible to build stuff out of thin air
If the machine could harvest carbondioxide, oxygen and any other molecules/atoms floating around in air

Any atoms
the most efficient model of that kind of machine would be one where there is a disassembly part and a assembly part in it. For example you could put your garbage bag in the disassembler and it would take it apart and store those parts, then when u would want to build something it would take those stored parts reconfigure them to the atoms and molecules that are needed in your product. Then the assembly part of the machine would just put the pieces together.

of what atoms though? The machine is going to have to have some atoms in it that it can reconfigure wouldn’t it? You can’t create matter from nothing. Maybe I’m not comprehending this but unless we’re talking about star trek replicator type thing of converting energy too matter….I don’t see how a machine could assemble a PC from thin air. And if it’s not thin air then where is the mass of the atoms necessary to make the PC, stored?

Well everything is made up of the same basic building blocks so it would be only a matter of reconfiguring the protons electrons and neutrons of the atom

This is great!! I’m going to use one these to make a smaller personal fabricator. Then I’m going to use that smaller fabricator to build an even smaller one. After repeating this process as many times as possible, I put all the fabricators back inside each other and sell it to the Russians, except for the original one of course :)

Nanotech = Mark of the beast. <—- It is so small, you can’t stop it. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE THE MARK
